Are we the right hotel for you?
We are a family business, so the Haus Pepi Eiter is also our home. The atmosphere and peace in our hotel is very important to us. We therefore ask you to note before you book that even after the most cheerful après-ski or nightclub visit, we attach great importance to considerate behavior in our house - towards the other guests, our family, the staff and the hotel. In the event of misconduct, we will be forced to cancel the accommodation contract without refund. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to a harmonious stay with you!

Payment arrangements
In order to guarantee the booking, a deposit of 40% of the total amount must be paid. In the event of a refund of the deposit, we will keep € 50,- handling fee.

Travel Insurance
We generally recommend that you take out cancellation and trip cancellation insurance: Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Winter Cancellation Policy
up to 3 months before arrival free of charge (only € 50,- handling fee will be charged if the deposit has to be transferred back)
3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price will be charged
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total price will be charged
1 week to the day of arrival 90% of the total price will be charged
100% of the total price will be charged for early departure
